About this Event

✨ Breathe. Shake. Release. Reset.
T.R.E.® — Tension & Trauma Release Exercises Guided in the Salt Cave

Release stress, anxiety, and emotional tension stored in your body — no story-sharing, no pressure, just presence, release, and restoration.

Let your body unwind in one of nature’s most healing environments.
This 2-hour T.R.E.® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) session takes place inside the Salt Cave at Oasis of Healing Spa, where mineral-rich air supports relaxation, detoxification, and respiratory health while amplifying the body’s natural healing process.

TRE ® is a gentle somatic technique that activates your body’s innate tremor response to dissolve deep-held tension, anxiety, and emotional stress. You’ll be guided through breathwork, gentle movement, and neurogenic shaking — all within a nurturing, trauma-informed space.

The TRE® (Shaking Meditation) created by Dr. Berceli, is an innovative and therapeutic restorative body care and maintenance modality. Encouraging the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. Done through a series of exercises that safely activate your intuitive shaking/vibrating body release mechanism.
